In this day and age, a lot of large agencies are interested in quantity, not quality. This is one area where Pardun is different. At Pardun Collections, everyone, including the President, is directly involved with not only our clients, but the debtors as well. There, no one is too "good" for the job. Everyone "rolls up their sleeves" and gets involved.

Because of our extensive experience, we know what techniques to use on the different types of accounts. We don't waste time and money using strategies that are destined to fail. We follow the strict guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" (FDCPA). We are also not your "typical" collector. We do not waste time using scare tactics and other things that inexperienced collectors may use.

We show the debtor how it will be in their best interest to make good on their debt. We try to show them that this will save them money in the long run (e.g. interest, collections fees, court fees, etc.). We know the "Statute of Limitations" for accounts, so we do not waste time and money chasing bad debts.
