Charge Off Accounts

Charge-off accounts can be tricky. There are several factors that can contribute to how collectable a charge-off account will be. Has the account past it’s statute of limitations? Does it make a difference what type of account it is? What rights do I have if the debtor retains a bankruptcy attorney? A lot of charge-off accounts may or already have turned into what's called a "skip" account. A "skip" account is an account where the debtor's whereabouts are not known. If you do not know the debtor's whereabouts, it can be nearly impossible to collect. Pardun Collections offers two types of skip tracing. Which is best for you and/or your company's needs.
