Become a Member and save 10% on all services offered! Welcome to PD Services! We provide professional Preliminary Notices, Mechanics Liens, Stop Notices, Collection Letters, and other related services.
To become a Member and get the 10% Discount on all our services, please send a Company check for $75.00 for a life time membership. Along with your check, send us a brief letter on Company Letterhead telling us if you are a General Contractor, Subcontractor, or Supplier, and include a contact name and email address. Once we receive your check, we will email you our request form for you to use when you need us to prepare a specific Notice. In addition, the email will also include our Authorization Form that must be signed by an Officer of the Company authorizing representatives of PD Services to sign all Notices on behalf of your Company. We cannot sign any Notices on your behalf until we receive the fully executed Authorization Form. You will be able to complete this form and email it back to us for prompt service. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all Notices will go out regular United States Mail with the current United States postage attached.
We are centrally located in our service territory which allows us to provide you with same day completion and recording of Notices, if necessary.
If you do not wish to become a member, please complete the appropriate form and submit it via email to pdservices@gmail.com. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE ENTERED ON THE FORM. We cannot process your Notices unless we have all the information necessary.

Recording 20 Day Preliminary Notices
You must submit a request in writing either via fax or email for any 20 Day Preliminary Notice to be legally recorded in the appropriate county. In addition, all charges must be prepaid in advance of each recording. Charges will be based on the fees charged by the county the Notice is to be recorded in and are in addition to the rates listed above.

All charges for “Other Services” must be prepaid in advance, including all recording fees and notary fees. For any additional follow up calls after the first three (3) calls, there will be a $20.00 service fee per each additional call.
